Competitive intelligence in Science-Business R&D&I

Fundación General CSIC and CEOE Campus are launching the course “Competitive Intelligence in R&D&I Science-Business“, a specialised programme aimed at leaders of research centres and company innovation managers. Its objective is to work on the processes of obtaining, analysing, interpreting and disseminating information of strategic value on an industry and its competitors, which is of fundamental value for decision-makers.

Through a collaborative and interactive methodology, with practical scenarios and using the case method, this training activity offers competencies to understand competitive intelligence not as a mere analysis of the market but as a complex process of identifying facts and evidence important for the competitiveness of an organisation, which should determine the actions to be taken, based on the detection of present or future strategic movements in the environment.

The programme is divided into six didactic modules that will be taught in two weekly sessions, each lasting an hour and a half. During these six weeks the classes will be offered in virtual format, through Zoom and, at the same time, the students will have to carry out individual work.

This activity is scheduled to begin in October 2021.
