The demographic changes that have taken place in the last decades, the increase in the average life expectancy and the rightful aspiration to enjoy a better quality of life and health are factors that condition the future development and wellbeing of our society, among others.
The FGCSIC wants to support the transfer of the R&D carried out by the CSIC –especially in the fields of Biology and Medical Biology– towards the productive sector. Our aim is to encourage the development and marketing of new technologies that can ultimately tackle the needs of our society’s health and wellbeing.
